Performance Advisory

Imagine trusting yourself again — not because you tried harder, but because the system underneath you actually holds. That's what this is built for. Private. One-on-one.

You don't have to figure this out by yourself.

You're already capable. You've proven that a hundred times over — at work, at home, everywhere people count on you.

What you don't have is someone helping you see the pressure underneath it all — the pattern nobody else can name for you, because they're not close enough to your actual life to see it.

That's what Performance Advisory is for: eight sessions, one-on-one, to go all the way down to the system underneath your performance — not the symptoms sitting on top of it. Burnout in high-achieving women is rarely about workload. It's about what's actually running underneath.

This is for you if:

✅ You've tried the group programs, the books, the podcasts — and you're ready for something built around your exact life instead.

✅ You want more confidentiality and depth than a shared curriculum can offer.

✅ You're ready to actually look at the pressure pattern running your life, not just manage around it again.

This isn’t for you if:

🛑 You want a generic productivity fix

🛑 Primarily looking for support for a mental health crisis or trauma processing (this isn't therapy, and if that's what you need, I want you with the right person for that)

🛑 A one-time motivational boost

This is for women ready to actually look at the structure underneath their pressure…

not just get a pep talk about it.

What we look at together…

  • Where your identity and your responsibilities have fused — and what that's actually costing you

  • The decision fatigue that never fully powers down, even after the workday ends

  • The patterns that keep rewarding you for over-functioning — and why they're so hard to break on your own

  • How pressure is distributed (or isn't) across the systems in your life

  • The communication habits that quietly keep you holding invisible responsibility

This is structural work — not another symptom to manage on top of everything else.

Investment

Performance Advisory starts at $1,997 for the 90-day container — including a full year of Sustainable Systems access, so you're not paying separately for both. Final investment may vary based on scope and cadence — we'll confirm specifics on your clarity call.

One-off sessions may be available after you've completed the full container, for ongoing check-ins.

How to get started…

  1. Fill out the application — this is the first step to honor both of our time.

  2. Schedule a clarity call — a real conversation, not a pitch, to identify what’s actually going on, and what you need from this.

  3. If it's a match, we begin — sessions get scheduled and we get to work.

  4. By the end of your 90 days, you'll have a system you can actually trust, a profile to refer to when real life sets in, and language for the pressure patterns that's been running the show.

I've watched this work for women who thought they just needed better discipline. They didn't. They needed someone to help them see what was actually running underneath. That's what I'm here for. — Katie
